It was ensemble-infested waters at Grauman's Chinese Theatre in Hollywood on Wednesday, where stars of the sexed-up, gross-out "Piranha 3D" turned out to premiere the summer flick.

Kelly Brook worked a sheer gown with a super-high slit, alongside costars Elizabeth Shue and Jessica Szohr. The boys represented as well -- stars Adam Scott, Paul Scheer and Steven R. McQueen and director Alexandre Aja were among the crowd.
After the screening, cast and crew departed to Bardot Hollywood for an after-party with movie mogul Harvey Weinstein and producer Mark Cantor.
