Rihanna-wax-figureRihanna showed up in Washington, D.C., on Tuesday in the form of a wax double installed at the Madame Tussauds museum in the district.

The picture at right? That's wax Rihanna, hanging out in New York last week.

She wasn't on hand for the reveal, so sorry, no cool shot of the singer posing with herself -- but she did give the statue her smooch of approval ahead of time.

In international wax figure news -- yes, there is such a thing -- doubles of actors Andy Lau and Li Bingbing were unveiled Wednesday in Hong Kong. On Lau's extensive resume: "House of Flying Daggers."

Check out those pictures after the break, and visit previous doppelganger posts featuring Jane Lynch, Helen Mirren and Kim Kardashian.
