A Beverly Hills judge will decide Wednesday whether Lindsay Lohan will undergo outpatient drug rehab following her release from Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, sources said.
Judge Elden Fox is expected to issue a formal order Wednesday morning on how Lohan's rehab should be completed.
The actress was sentenced to 90 days in jail and 90 days in drug rehab by Judge Marsha Revel for violating probation in her 2007 conviction for driving under the influence.
Lohan served only 13 days in jail due to overcrowding and just 22 days in rehab.
Revel earlier this month recused herself after complaints about her discussing the case outside the presence of prosecutors.
